Our shipping process is meticulously managed to protect the integrity of each item, from small custom trims to large lumber orders. We partner with trusted carriers, offering various shipping options to meet your project deadlines and handle all logistics with the utmost care.

What are the shipping options available?

We offer LTL and dedicated truck loads for all of our products. Shipped nationwide.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States, focusing on providing the best possible service domestically.

What's the process for unloading upon delivery?

It is the client’s responsibility to provide means of unloading the product upon arrival of delivery. You will either need a forklift or manpower to unload.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are based on the size, weight of the products, and the delivery location. We aim for transparency and affordability in pricing. We are able to provide timely shipping estimates on all products.

How long does shipping usually take?

Dedicated truck loads go directly to their destination after pick up. You will typically receive your product within the same or next day depending on the distance.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can assess and resolve the issue swiftly.

Delivery Options

Local Pick-Up

All of our clients are welcome to schedule to pick up their order(s) on-site.

Local Delivery

We can deliver to your destination within a 120 mile radius from our warehouse in Cedar Grove, NC. Prices based on a mileage rate and scheduling will take place in advance.

Less-than-Truckload (LTL)

This is the transportation of an amount of freight sized between individual parcels and full truckloads. This delivery option is cheaper than the Dedicated Truck Load delivery option, but it typically takes a little longer to arrive.

Dedicated Truck Load

Typically more expensive than LTL freight, but is a quicker delivery option. This option is best suited for larger and/or urgent orders.
